Hey,

I’m L’areal Lipkins!

I’m a wife, mom of two, international speaker, entrepreneur, corporate trainer, and author who specializes in helping women elevate their mindset so they can achieve their goals.

If you’re looking for a real strategy to move from setting goals to actually achieving them, sit back and relax because you’re in the right place!

Before I had a best-selling book, online courses, and almost 12k social media followers, I felt completely stuck in my life and career. The only problem was on the outside I had all the trappings of success like the degrees, the house, luxury car, and fancy title…

But on the inside, I was miserable.

What I realized is that I had spent my whole life chasing goals, but I didn’t have a clear vision for my life. So I decided to create a life that didn’t just look good, but felt good.

What I learned…

  • The way the most of us were taught to set goals is a recipe for failure.

  • If you’re chasing someone else’s idea of success, you’ll always be unfulfilled and disappointed when you get there.

  • When women have the confidence and tools to actually pursue their goals...we can literally change the world, our families, and businesses for the better.

When I’m not on stage (aka Zoom) delivering a keynote or leading a corporate vision board workshop, you can catch me recording a YouTube video, chatting it up on a podcast, or chasing a toddler around the house pretending I’m a dinosaur. Just in case you’re wondering, T-Rex is my go-to!

Want more? Here’s 5 fast facts!

  1. I’ve trained over 10,000 salespeople and delivered 100+ speaking engagements... and I’m naturally introverted! Yep, you read that right. Who said introverts can’t rock stages?

  2. My first time on TV was to talk about...vision boards, of course! It was a surreal moment because being on Tv was on my vision board. I guess you can say it really works.

  3. I wrote my first book in three weeks after thinking about writing a book for three years.

  4. Growing up I wanted to either be a psychologist or write cards for Hallmark (yes, that’s a real thing). I’ve always been interested in understanding why we do what we do and I’m a natural encourager at heart.

  5. If I could live anywhere in the world... it’s a toss up been Cabos and Australia.
